Exhibitor Layout
The Puerto Rico Fairgrounds Complex offers approximately 60,000 square feet of exhibition space for hosting congresses and trade fairs. The venue has the capacity to accommodate approximately 240 exhibitors simultaneously. Its infrastructure provides direct electrical connections for each exhibitor through the exhibition hall floor, as well as Wi-Fi technology throughout the entire building. In addition, the center offers exhibitor rental and setup services, along with other advertising structures, to assist clients in the optimal assembly and presentation of their products.

The Fairgrounds Complex is divided into 16 rooms of various sizes and proportions, allowing for a wide range of uses and adaptations that enable the venue to flexibly meet the requirements of any event.
From ballrooms of 6,765 square feet to smaller rooms of 1,234 square feet, the center is equipped with all the spatial, technological, and general service elements needed to make your event a success.

The Puerto Rico Fairgrounds Complex goes beyond its majestic architectural beauty. The functionality and versatility of its spaces encompass the entire area, from its entrance on Avenida Rafael Cordero Santiago to the confluence with the mouths of the Portugués and Bucaná Rivers.
The multiple entrances serve a purpose, starting from the welcoming threshold at the Main Plaza, which itself can host events or act as an impressive prelude to what awaits inside the Complex.
Equally versatile are the accesses via the north and south staircases through the stunning Terrace or the Pre-Function Foyer, respectively. The Complex enhances its range of dynamics through these entrances, providing access to the linear parks along the rivers that flow into the Caribbean Sea, weaving connectivity between geographical features and infrastructure with the Puerto Rico Fairgrounds District as a whole.
